We take pride in our safety culture as we know our employees are our greatest asset. We understand that working within our competency levels prevents accidents and injuries. Our safety culture is what defines us as a company and sets us apart from the competition.

On a corporate level, our management commitment is second to none - the Owners and Executive management's motto is "Flawless Execution in everything we do” with safety, quality, productivity, and environmentalism in mind. At the job site level, our safety performance and metrics speak for themselves - our safety key performance indicators rank in the first quartile for competitors, consequently, we also experience low accident rates, low turnover, low absenteeism, and high productivity. This can be attributed to our employee involvement.

We encourage employee participation via the Behavior-based Safety Observation program, which is where our employees go beyond "the call of duty" to identify unsafe conditions and behaviors and intervene to correct them.
