The Mundy Operational Excellence program provides Mundy clients the opportunity to further deliver process improvement impact for their sites. Mundy’s Operation Excellence engages directly with client operations to identify, prioritize, and execute operational improvements within plant and maintenance operations. Additionally, the Mundy Operational Excellence team coaches on-site employees with tools to help these individuals identify and eliminate work process waste. Having already delivered tangible results at its current sites, the Mundy Operational Excellence Team looks forward to serving as a force multiplier with your sites process improvement efforts.
